Belt conveyor - Purpose:

Belt conveyor is a facility for continuous transport of any type of shredded timber with a maximum size of 50x10x5 mm on horizontal routes or at an incline of up to 45 º.

Operating conditions

The facility is designed to operate under the following conditions:

• Altitude: up to 2000m;
• Ambient air temperature: from 0ºС to 35ºС;
• Operating temperature of the oil: from 40 ° С to 75 °;
• Humidity: from 20% to 90% (at 20ºC);
• Operating mode: S1-continuous;
• Electromagnetic environment: industrial;
• Supply voltage: 380 ± 5% at a frequency of 50Hz ± 1%.

BELT CONVEYOR OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

 INITIAL RELEASE

1. Check how to connect the belt conveyor
2. Make a final inspection of all parts to make sure they are securely fastened and that there are no foreign bodies.
3. Check that the electric motor is connected correctly.
4. Check that the moving parts need lubrication.
5. Start the unloaded belt conveyor. Inspect for irregularities and unusual noises before releasing material through the equipment. Recheck all moving parts and adjust if necessary.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT CONSISTS OF:

1. 1. Keep the area around the belt conveyor clean and easily accessible.
   2. Check the condition of the safety elements weekly.
   3. Check weekly for mechanical wear.
   4. Check the moving parts weekly and lubricate if necessary.
   5. Check the bolted connections on a monthly basis and tighten the loose ones if necessary.
   6. Regularly check the condition of the tape, bolts and nuts, electrical cables.
   7. Once you have determined that the belt conveyor is ready for use, make sure that all elements are installed correctly.
