Screw conveyor - this is a transport facility that serves for automated transportation of bulk material - wood chips with a maximum solution of up to 20 mm, bran, grain, pellets and more.

OPERATING CONDITIONS

• The facility is designed to operate under the following conditions:
• Altitude: up to 2000m;
• Ambient air temperature: from -10ºС to 40ºС;
• Humidity: from 20% to 90% (at 20ºC)
• Operating mode: S1-continuous;
• Electromagnetic environment: industrial;
• Supply voltage: 380V ± 5% at a frequency of 50Hz ± 1%

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATION OF THE SCREW CONVEYOR

 COMMISSIONING:

1. An access point for the electric motor must be provided during installation.
2. Before putting the auger into operation, the unobstructed operation of the drive motor must be checked and ensured.
3. The auger is started by connecting it to the power supply received by the control module.
4. The auger is stopped by disconnecting it from the power supply received by the control module.
5. In case the auger does not need to work for a longer period of time, then it is recommended to empty and clean it.GENERAL RULES:
   1. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and these safety instructions.
   2. The use of the machine is only permitted after reading the operating instructions and after the relevant instruction.petworld
   3. The personnel servicing the facility must have the necessary qualification, be appointed by order of the employer, instructed and trained in the issues of safety, occupational hygiene and fire protection.
   4. This machine is not intended for use by persons (including children) with limited physical and mental abilities, or with insufficient experience and knowledge, unless they have been observed or instructed in the use of the machine by a person responsible for their safety.Interior Design
   5. Any interference with the operation of the vibrating screen, which would endanger the health of the service personnel or other indirectly related persons, is inadmissible.
   6. The vibrating screen must not be started if there are damaged mechanical parts or without protective covers.
   7. Keep all covers and covers in place at all times.
   8. Make sure there are no people near the equipment before moving or operating the vibrating screen.
   9. Keep your hands, feet, and clothing away from moving parts.
   10. Turn off the power to the vibrating screen before adjusting, servicing, clearing jams, or performing other operations.
   11. If a fault occurs in the vibrating screen, it must not be operated until the fault has been rectified and the machine has been properly operated.
   12. The installation and commissioning of the vibrating screen must be carried out by persons trained and authorized by the manufacturer.
   13. Do not change anything in the construction of the machine, fully comply with the preliminary design of the manufacturer.
   14. When repairing, use only the spare parts specified by the manufacturer.
   15. It is mandatory to comply with all regulations for fire protection.
