Intended use of a hydraulic briquette press
This machine briquettes raw material with moisture content of minimum 8% and maximum 12%, thickness from 0,8 to 1,2 mm and length up to 10-15 mm. Straw, wood shavings, filings, cotton paper waste, etc. can be used as raw material.
In the production of ecobriquette no binders are used. The manufactured ones briquettes are high density, cylindrical surface and high calorific value. The machine is water-oil cooled for continuous operation for long hours. It is possible to install air cooling at an ambient temperature of 5 to 25OC.

In a standard hydraulic briquette press (mold press) the raw material is found in bunker. Through an agitator and a screw conveyor, the material is transported to a pre-compactor, which pre-compresses the raw material.
The main ram then forces the pre-compressed material into one of two press chambers in the die and compresses the material to its final state and required density.
During this process, the ejectors, which are fixed parallel to the main press piston, push the finished briquette from the second press chamber through the ejector holes in the front plate. The preload cylinder moves up again. The feed screw then starts with the next charge. The format for the press is changing. The movement continues.
